We are partnering with the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) at the State of Rhode Island to find a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support their team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multitasking and strict adherence to state financial policies.
Pay & Job Highlights:Pay Rate: $26 Per Hour
Location: Providence, RI Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
- Reconcile monthly procurement card statements against receipts and supporting documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement cardholders.
- Arrange travel logistics
Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant or project coordinator role
- Experience reconciling financial records, processing payments, or maintaining detailed financial documentation.
- Experience with travel logistics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business software.
