Role Description The Shipping/Production Documentation Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greater Houston area. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining shipping and production documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Day‑to‑day tasks include creating and organizing export and domestic shipping documents, tracking orders, coordinating with production and warehouse teams, and updating documentation systems to reflect current status. The coordinator communicates with customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to confirm shipment details, resolve documentation issues, and support timely delivery. Additional responsibilities include filing and archiving records, assisting with audits, and continuously improving documentation workflows to support safe and efficient operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and general Documentation for shipping and production processes. Candidates should possess skills in Document Management, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining accurate records in physical and digital formats. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, manufacturing, or oilfield services is beneficial. Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment are required.
