A phenomenal, full-time opportunity has become available for an experienced Controller to join an established organization in the luxury consumer products industry . This is a terrific opportunity offering a $110,000–$170,000 base salary + bonus , excellent benefits, PTO and other outstanding perks . This position is fully onsite in Hawthorne, CA area .

Job Description:

• Manage company finances including month-end close , general ledger , cash management , A/P, A/R , payroll and financial reporting .
• Oversee accounting for U.S., European and Asian entities , including intercompany and multi-currency accounting.
• Manage inventory accounting , landed costs , duties , tariffs and COGS .
• Oversee banking, payment processing, tax, audit and external accounting advisors.
• Maintain and improve financial systems and accounting processes, including NetSuite .
• Provide management with financial analysis, reporting and cash-flow information.
• Oversee U.S. payroll, benefits and related financial administration.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• 8+ years of accounting experience , including strong hands-on Controller experience .
• Controller experience within a consumer products , luxury goods , distribution or other inventory-based company .
• Multi-entity / multi-currency accounting experience is highly PREFERRED .
• NetSuite experience is highly PREFERRED .
• International accounting experience is highly PREFERRED .
• Wells Fargo and US Bank experience PREFERRED
• Adyen, Avalara, Affirm, Klarna and Square highly PREFERRED
• Paychex or other payroll processing is PREFERRED .
• Experience overseeing payroll, benefits and/or HR administration is PREFERRED .
• Previous supervisory experience is REQUIRED .
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is PREFERRED .

This is a fully onsite position in Hawthorne, CA area. Candidates must live within a reasonable driving distance of the area
