About the Opportunity:
- Job Title: Sand Blaster
- Pay Rate Range: $18.00-$24.00/hr
- Location: Becker, MN
- Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
- Position Type: Temp to Hire
- No experience necessary but Blasting Experience is preferred.
- Compliance with the Quality Assurance program is required.
- This position requires an experienced, energetic, and detail-focused individual with good dexterity that wants to be a part of a growing team and company.
- Under the direct supervision of the Paint Shop Plant Manager, this position performs industrial steel.
- Sandblasting for a variety of jobs.
- This position needs to collaborate with other team members and work within the production schedule.
- Proactively maintain all tools and equipment used and follow all safety precautions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sandblasting and have the drive, and skills required to be an exceptional part of our team.
- Wears a full "astronaut"suit with an air hose for cool air, constantly getting cooled.
- Water/gatorade is provided.
