Litigation Associate

Vernis & Bowling's Jacksonville, Florida office is growing and seeking a driven Litigation Associate with at least 1 year of civil litigation experience . This position supports our General Liability department. We represent national corporate clients and large self‑insureds who aren’t afraid to take cases to trial. All applicants must be in good standing with the Florida Bar. What You’ll Do: Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution. Gain real, hands‑on courtroom and trial experience. Take and defend depositions. Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
