Preschool Teacher - Autism Support Specialist (1:1 Care)

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Early Childhood Educator / Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral support to young children with autism and developmental delays. This role is ideal for preschool teachers who enjoy individualized instruction and want to transition into the behavioral health field. In this role, you will work closely with a child under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized behavior‑intervention and skill‑development programs in a structured, supportive environment.
