BUDGET ANALYST

Job TitleDutiesMonitors charges made to multiple complex, large-scale (multi-billion dollar) projects across the Engineering and Construction Division.Responsible for oversight management of all aspects of the budget functions for Engineering and Construction Division including coordination of all financial activities with agency elements.Review budget estimates prepared by project teams to ensure completeness and adequacy to implement projects.Create/Monitor labor charge codes for team members across multiple organizations within the agency.Utilizes automated systems such as the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS), Resident Manager Systems (RMS), Standard Procurement System (SPS), and other Corps of Engineers automated information systems, as applicable.Conducts on-going financial evaluations of multiple (multi-billion dollar) projects to meet the Program's goals and objectives.
