Modern Nissan of Burlington is seeking an experienced, motivated Automotive Sales Manager to join our team during an exciting new chapter under new ownership. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader to help develop a strong sales team, drive dealership performance, and contribute to the continued growth of our store.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands automotive retail, knows how to motivate sales professionals, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales and profitability goals.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals.

Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales, gross profit, and overall dealership performance.

Monitor sales metrics, inventory, and team performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Assist sales consultants with customer interactions, negotiations, and closing deals.

Develop effective sales strategies and maintain accountability across the team.

Support a positive, professional, and customer-focused sales environment.

Work closely with dealership leadership to improve processes, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Help recruit, train, and develop sales team members.

Previous automotive dealership sales management experience.

A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a successful sales team.

Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, gross profit, and dealership performance metrics.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

A results-driven mindset with a commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A hands-on leadership style and a desire to help build a successful team under new ownership.
