Transwestern is hiring a Client Accountant to manage daily property accounting duties for assigned properties. You will prepare financial reports, enter accruals and cash journal entries, review operating statements, and ensure SOC1 controls are followed. Familiarity with MRI or Yardi is preferred. The role involves coordinating with property management to meet reporting deadlines, preparing monthly financial reports, and supporting audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Transwestern
