As a full‑time Post‑Op RN, you will work Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. No weekends, holidays, or call required! The registered nurse holds a safety sensitive position and delivers personalized comprehensive care to patients through the nursing process, combining therapeutic use of self, innovative technology and collaboration among patients, families and health care professionals. Responsible and accountable for providing leadership to non‑licensed staff as demonstrated by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating medical‑surgical nursing care for optimum patient outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver personalized comprehensive care to patients through the nursing process. Lead non‑licensed staff by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating medical‑surgical nursing care. Collaborate among patients, families, and health care professionals to achieve optimum patient outcomes. Requirements Current Oklahoma or multistate RN license required upon hire. BLS required upon hire. ACLS required within 60 days of hire. Experience One year of previous applicable RN experience preferred. Specialty Knowledge Skills Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current nursing practices that are unit/age specific.
