Essential Duties Setup new account numbers, create account documents, issue/share all documents with appropriate Operation Teams and Engineering Track and publish billing change information Prepare all customer versions of addendums and track disposition. Notify Engineers, in a timely fashion, to process signed addendums Maintain Account Document Changes Create new accounts in Payroll System Execute closed account procedures for notification of appropriate departments Process various Operations Forms. Requirements vary based on form submitted Update contract documents Maintain all documents shared with Operations which may include Staffing Sheets, Contracts, SOW, etc Monitor Team mailbox for issues/requests and notify appropriate Engineer Maintain/update various Engineering reports Assist in design of various Operational reports Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications 3 years previous administrative experience. Microsoft Office-EXPERT skill level required with Power Point, Excel, Word, and Adobe documents. Ability to design presentations that are creative and focused on specific agenda or criteria. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization. Professional, confident, and patient personality Detailed and time oriented.
