Inside Sales

Responsibilities Answer dozens of inbound calls each day to educate prospective clients and sell services Generate sales and client conversion through lead follow-up Become knowledgeable and versed in details of all services to best educate and offer each client the services they need Meet or exceed quarterly conversion and sales goals Research accounts, generate interest, and close sales Maintain and expand client database Follow all policies and procedures outlined and established by the company Verify client information and enter it into the company database with accuracy Check and respond to all tasks, calls, and emails Complete required quota of inbound and outbound calls daily Generate required quota of personally generated leads Maintain clean and professional work area Dress professionally as outlined in the employee manual Other duties as assigned Qualifications One year minimum work experience in a sales-related environment Proven successful sales experience and ability to meet goals Natural desire to sell and exceed goals Strong phone presence and experience Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency to business and customer needs Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and use of the Internet Required to be punctual, responsible, ethical, and a team player Benefits weekly pay PTO and holiday pay weekly bonuses 401(k) with company match life insurance provided for employee and family company uniforms year-round work Schedule Full-time 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with the potential for optional evening / weekend #J-18808-Ljbffr Lawncaremvp
