REMOTE Civil Litigation Attorney

Our comp model is built to reward the people who drive results: the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn — with no rigid billable grind holding you back. We want a self-motivated attorney who can run independently and own their matters start to finish. You've got: 2+ years of California civil litigation experience (insurance defense or employment background a strong fit) The drive to run your own caseload with minimal oversight Strong writing (we'll ask for samples) $150K–$190K base + a genuinely bonus-heavy model — productivity bonuses, origination credit, and real reward for bringing in business Medical, dental & vision — firm covers a significant share of premiums 401(k) with 4% match Location: remote or hybrid — you'll want to be within ~1–2 hours of the Riverside office for occasional in-person depositions.
