Head of Talent: Build & Scale In-House Recruiting
Theron Solutions
Theron Solutions is seeking a Head of Talent to build the company's in-house talent engine and scale from ~50 to 250 people. This is a player-coach role, combining hands-on sourcing with strategic leadership. You will lead 3–6 recruiters, recruit both technical and non-technical roles, and partner with executives on headcount, budgets, and comp. You'll implement structured interviews and data-driven processes to protect culture.
