Senior Software Engineer, NPC AI & Game Systems

Roblox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Creator Service NPC team in San Mateo, CA. You will design and build highly scalable backend systems, work across client, game engine, and services, and help deliver native-feeling experiences for millions of players.
You will own product areas, collaborate with product and design teams, and iterate quickly based on feedback. Strong backend, microservices, and game engine experience are essential for success in this role.
