Job File Coordinator

Job File CoordinatorPerform all job file coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs. Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.Necessary Experience and Skill Set:A minimum two years of business experienceWorking knowledge of current business software technologiesSuperb customer service, administrative and verbal and written communication skillsExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desiredExperience in writing estimates and the job file processFormal Education/Training:High school diploma/GEDAssociates/bachelor's degree preferredPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements:This is a full-time position working 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
