Inventory Control Associate II Position Summary Work Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm 100% on-site Catalent’s Kansas City facility provides integrated services for oral solid dosage forms, from formulation development and analytical testing to clinical and commercial-scale manufacture. The facility is a Center-of-Excellence for our Biologics Analytical Services business, with 25 years of experience in analytical services. We are hiring an Inventory Control Associate II to support clinical trial projects, ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements, cGMP, and SOPs. This position also supports other operational areas as requested. The Role Perform cycle counts and location checks Complete data entries into the appropriate site inventory system Create and identify locations for other departments Provide inventory-related support for other departments Properly and safely use pallet jack and PIT equipment Complete material moves in the inventory system Perform inventory transfers using appropriate controlled forms Meet or exceed customer timelines Follow safety and manual handling guidelines Maintain general housekeeping Perform other duties as assigned The Candidate High School Diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse experience with emphasis on inventory management Certifications using PIT equipment Benefits Defined career path and annual performance review, diverse inclusive culture, positive working environment, potential for career growth, 152 hours PTO + 8 paid holidays, generous 401(k) match, medical, dental and vision benefits effective day one, tuition reimbursement.
