Inventory Control Associate II

Inventory Control Associate II (2nd Shift) Position Summary The Kansas City Inventory Control Associate II supports clinical trial projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, cGMP and SOPs. The role will also support other areas of operation as needed. Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm. Location: 100% on‑site. Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and location checks. Complete data entries into the appropriate site inventory system. Create and identify inventory locations for other departments. Provide inventory‑related support to other departments. Safely operate pallet jack and powered industrial truck equipment. Record material moves in the inventory system. Process inventory transfers using controlled forms. Meet or exceed customer timelines. Follow safety and manual handling guidelines. Maintain general housekeeping. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience with emphasis on inventory management. Certifications in operation of PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment.
