Inventory Associate

Job Details Location: G112 - Kansas City, KS 66109-3716 Job Category: Inventory • Part Time • Day Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 9:00 am (15 hours per week) Salary: $13.00 per hour Drug screen required. Summary Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Inventory Associate will ensure daily activities at the designated garages meet client needs, embodying the P.A.L.S core values. Responsibilities include communicating with team members and LG-OSS. Responsibilities Ensure garage coverage is met daily at primary location(s) and provide backup coverage to other locations when available. Maintain inventory quality and quantity through 98% or above scan compliance in assigned garages. Meet daily service requirement of 7:30AM local time. Complete daily Garage101 tasks, including product signage, product staging, desk area organization, and installing barcodes. Ensure policy compliance with LG‑OSS and AT&T policies. Submit daily reports by designated deadlines. Follow the operations task sequence in order and amend Garage101 tasks when necessary. Maintain first‑in, first‑out stock management. Act as a safety advocate and maintain an accident‑free work environment. Participate in daily conference calls with staff and management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Engage in leadership skill development and other duties as assigned. Travel 0% – 25% local travel (less than 100miles one way) expected annually. 0% – 10% extended travel (more than 100miles one way) may be requested annually. Work Environment This job operates in a warehouse environment, with loud noises, bright lights, and temperatures that may match exterior weather conditions. Qualifications Physical demands include talking, hearing, close vision, adjusting focus, and lifting up to 50lbs. Ability to bend, twist, sit, and stand for extended periods. Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED. Warehouse or inventory experience: 6months. Ability to use pallet jack. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Active smartphone or equivalent device.
