We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing dental team!
About Us: We are a modern general dentistry practice providing the full scope of dental care—from routine dentistry to advanced surgical and implant procedures. We’re continuing to expand our implant and surgical services, and we’re looking for the right team member to grow with us.
Schedule:
Monday–Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday–Sunday: Off
Responsibilities include:
Verifying patient insurance
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
Utilizing dental financing options to help patients move forward with treatment
Providing excellent patient service at every point of contact
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Open Dental software and Flex pt communication are a plus (but not required—we will train the right person)
Prior dental front office experience is helpful, but strong candidates with customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
