I opened my agency in 2001 and have proudly served the Milan and Rock Island communities for over 25 years. I've raised my four children here, and family has always been my top priority. I'm also a proud grandfather with another grandchild on the way! Outside of the office, I enjoy talking sports, fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors with my dog.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Neil Ferrari - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
