Job TitleThis job post is for a procurement manager position.Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet production and business needsManage vendor selection, negotiation, contract development, and supplier performanceSupport New Product Introduction by working directly with Engineering, including quote material providers and outside processing providers to support new projectsCollaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure purchased components meet technical specifications and quality standardsEvaluate and mitigate supply chain risks, including supply disruptions and cost fluctuationsMaintain compliance with all industry standards and regulations (AS9100, ITAR, customer specific requirements)Track and report key performance metrics related to supplier performance, quality, cost savings, commodity pricing trends and inflationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and partnersSupport and introduce continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement and supply chain functionsSupervisory Responsibilities:Manage staff of three buyers in all phases of purchase of material and services.Qualifications:10+ years' experience in managerial role in procurement in the aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of aerospace regulatory compliance, including but not limited to AS9100, NADCAP, ITAR, DFARS, EAR, and FAA/EASAExcellent negotiation skillsExperience managing complex supplier relationships and multimillion dollar purchasing budgetsEducation/Experience/Competency:Baccalaureate in Business Administration or Supply Chain ManagementISM CPSM certification preferredAPICS/ASCM certification preferredAdditional InformationTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual development, and offers equal employment opportunities to all candidates.
