Senior Sales Representative

The Opportunity We’re seeking a full time, high-energy, driven, and motivated senior sales professional to join our core team and lead revenue growth across the U.S. The market is open and highly receptive, with our solution delivering value to: Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) Oral Surgery Centers Hospitals and Health Systems Private Plastic Surgery Practices Primary Care and Pain Clinics If you’re a hands-on, hit-the-ground-running sales professional ready to sell and go-to-market with a first-of-its-kind, AI-driven automation platform that improves workflow efficiency, increases margin, and recoups lost revenue, then this role is for you. Our modular SaaS architecture integrates seamlessly with existing systems and can also run as a standalone solution. You’ll be responsible for building a pipeline, opening doors, running the full sales cycle, and closing deals as we scale nationwide. With strong commission incentives and early equity, the upside is significant—professionally and financially—while you help transform how surgery is delivered and shape the future of a fast-scaling health tech company. 4 Open Territories: Texas New York Florida Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Representative. In this role, you will: Drive Market Expansion: Lead outbound and consultative sales efforts across customer segments, building relationships and closing deals. Own the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing, guide stakeholders through a consultative buying journey that includes tailored product pitches and live technology demonstrations. Business Development & Revenue Channels: Identify and develop new revenue streams, including strategic partnerships, referrals, and channel programs that accelerate distribution and shorten sales cycles. Act as a Trusted Advisor: Understand and clearly articulate how MedGEO delivers clinical and operational value to all customer stakeholders, including OR teams and administrators. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with our sales leadership, customer success, product, and implementation teams to deliver on customer needs and continuously improve the sales process. Provide feedback and product requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of healthcare SAAS sales experience, preferably experience within the surgical arena, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch and demo technology solutions to both clinical and administrative stakeholders. Experience selling into core verticals: ASCs, hospitals, surgical specialties, oral surgery, specialty dentistry, and/or outpatient care facilities. Willingness to travel to execute deals. Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience in business development and closing deals. Effective communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Experience in account management, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software. Capability to analyze sales data and market trends to influence strategies and make informed decisions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in remote settings with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
