Youth Sports - Site Manager

We’re seeking a high-energy and motivated Site Manager who is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be organized and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer-service oriented company so those who have had experience wowing customers are perfect for the job. This position is based in the Hayward / San Leandro Area, California with work primarily taking place on Saturdays. Duties Field set up and breakdown for game day events Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches Supervise the overall operation of a venue ensuring sports programs operate on schedule Demonstrate core company culture, including Sportsmanship values Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue Act as the main point of contact on the field, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and superior customer service skills with parents, participants, and staff. Position Type Part-Time W-2 Employee (usually on Saturdays) Requirements Enjoy working with kids and their families Clean Background Check Excellent communication & organizational skills Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety and enjoyment of players Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships Ability to work on the weekends (this role is primarily focused on Saturdays) Benefits/Perks A team-based atmosphere with a focus on Fun!
