Baltimore, Maryland Pay From: $150,000/yr MUST: Experienced Corporate Paralegal Minimum of 5 plus years of corporate paralegal experience Experience supporting corporate governance, business planning, financial matters, and transactional work Corporate and/or real estate transactional experience is highly preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required

DUTIES: Assist attorneys with corporate matters and business transactions Support corporate governance matters, including preparation and maintenance of organizational documents and corporate records Assist with business planning, financial transactions, and other corporate transactional matters Prepare, review, organize, and maintain corporate and transaction-related documents Coordinate document execution, filings, closings, and other transaction-related activities Maintain corporate records, organizational documents, and matter files Conduct research and gather information needed to support attorneys and client matters Communicate and coordinate with attorneys, clients, and other parties throughout transactions Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and timely completion Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
