We are actively hiring a CNC Set‑Up Operator to support CNC milling/routing and primary operations within a collaborative manufacturing work cell. Why join us? Family‑friendly, fun, and team‑oriented culture Clean facility with low noise levels (hearing protection not required) No coolant or metal chips Equal opportunity employer—qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or disability Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401K with employer match Vacation and Holidays Optional accident and sickness insurance Job Details Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate 3 & 5 axis CNC Mills/Routers and primary operations equipment Lead setups for new and existing programs; support Operators as needed Machine parts to print using work orders, blueprints, and GD&T Perform self‑inspection and process non‑conforming material per procedure Set tooling/work offsets and adjust machining parameters Troubleshoot routine machining or process issues and communicate trends Track scrap, document issues, and support continuous improvement efforts Complete all required production and quality documentation Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Required Experience: 3–5 years CNC milling experience 1–2 years CNC setup experience Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes Skills: G & M code comprehension Proficient with calipers, height gauges, and precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Proficient with Microsoft Office Interested in hearing more?
