Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Lending Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) for its New York City office. The position offers an opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries.

Duties

• Represent financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending, focusing on loan origination.
• Assist developers with the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate and other collateral.
• Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional legal services.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate lending.
• Membership in the NY or NC State Bar, or eligibility to waive into NC.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Bar membership in NY or NC.
