Certified Nursing AssistantCaring Angels Home Care is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for our New Jersey Senior Center. As a CNA you will play an integral role in the day to day activities of our organization. We offer convenient flexible schedules. This position offers a competitive Benefit Package.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.Provide compassionate care tailored to residents with conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments.Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts to safely transfer residents with mobility challenges.Observe and report changes in residents' health status or behavior to the nursing team promptly.Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, social workers, and physicians to support comprehensive resident care plans.SkillsExperience working in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities.Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Point Click Care for accurate documentation.Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, catheter care, and basic life support procedures.Ability to provide specialized dementia and memory care with patience and empathy.Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
