Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate basic production equipment Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Positive work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Duties Assist in the production of no-bake sand cores used in the metal casting process Operate and monitor production equipment Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Package and prepare finished materials for shipment Maintain production schedules and meet daily goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow established work instructions and production procedures Support team members and contribute to efficient operations

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
