PT Plus is a well-respected and established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Clinton, NJ providing care for a variety of orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers and preventative care.

Job DescriptionAs Physical Therapy Clinic Director , your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Annandale. With the support of experienced administration, you will be providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervising both clinical and office staff and ensuring all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
Qualifications- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
- Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
- Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting strongly preferred.
- Current state of New Jersey license, CPR certification.
- Exercise and manual-based skills
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Ability to market the clinic by networking and visiting physician offices
