The Role The Store Manager represents the brand by embodying the rag & bone culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving profitable top-line sales growth. They coach and develop all associates and managers while creating an environment that enables the team to collaborate to consistently deliver best-in-class customer experiences. What You’ll Do Display best-in-class customer service techniques, build customer loyalty through clienteling standards and sales interactions; ensure all staff on duty do the same Train staff on all store operations tasks from register to stock room Maintain and execute cash handling and register procedures Oversee payroll procedures and store scheduling Delegate to ensure operational efficiency and develop team members Coach and develop retail associates to meet store goals Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of all staff Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance counseling Resolve People-related issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with the People Team and Field Leaders as required Collaborate with the People Team on new hire paperwork, status changes, departures, and other people administration processes Build a candidate pipeline via networking and interviewing Identify, create, and manage store business plans to drive performance and maximize opportunities Analyze sales data to determine business needs and partner in setting strategies to achieve goals Build and grow customer loyalty and clientele Maintain product knowledge and share it with staff Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling Understand and exemplify the rag & bone brand philosophy and lifestyle Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Buying teams on product assortment and displays based on customer demographics and market trends Model and teach a positive, client-centric store environment Contribute to a positive, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere Rules We Live By The Customer Rules – Minimum of 5 years of specialty retail experience with 3+ years in a management role Be a Good Human – Be original, be authentic Have No Fear – Innovate, solve problems Own Every Decision – Work together, get results Quality Matters – Be disciplined, be competitive Make Shit Happen Clothing Allowance Generous Employee Discount Paid Time Off Medical, dental, vision and ancillary benefits Wellness benefits and access to Calm 401k Benefits Clothing Allowance Generous Employee Discount Commission Eligible Paid Time Off Medical, dental, vision and ancillary benefits Wellness benefits including Calm 401k Paid Parental Leave Compensation Annual Salary Pay Range: $105,000—$110,000 USD EEO Statement rag & bone is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer.
