Our organization has been a trusted provider in the Puyallup Valley since 1990. We are a privately owned, small practice dedicated to general medical and surgical dermatology, operating from a single location. Our facility features an in-house Mohs lab and a skilled surgeon. We employ both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. The work schedule is flexible, with a commitment of 2-4 days per week, and the number of patients seen daily can be adjusted to fit individual preferences. Compensation is based on a percentage of production.

Our practice is supported by a dedicated and efficient staff, including clinical Medical Assistants, back-office support, and specialized human scribes.

• Deliver medical and surgical dermatology services, including biopsies, excisions, and skin cancer treatments.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with patients through personalized care.

• Efficiently manage patient records utilizing the Modmed EMA EMR system.

• Provide compassionate and skilled care to all patients.

• Lead a team of Medical Assistants and a Scribe.

• Conduct in-house pathology lab work with additional dermpath support available.

• Cosmetic procedures are available if desired, but not mandatory.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Washington.

• Strong surgical skills and a solid foundation in medical dermatology.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering long-term patient relationships.

Compensation: $250,000 - $550,000 Annually (Percentage of Collections)
