Digital Accounts Manager

Digital Accounts Manager position at AbbVie serving as liaison between the Ad Agency and assigned accounts. Manages day-to-day relationships across cross-functional teams while overseeing digital asset production and strategic planning to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Agency, cross-functional teams, and account leadership
- Lead production of digital assets and strategic planning for assigned business groups
- Serve as key point of contact at client meetings and ensure timely stakeholder communication
- Review creative development throughout project lifecycle to ensure specifications and budget adherence
- Manage or assist with project estimates, timelines, and billing for assigned accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 to 12 years of ad agency account management experience
- In-depth understanding of digital tactical development and marketing platforms
- Knowledge of AbbVie guidelines including branding and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume projects in fast-paced creative environment
