Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and specialized tests across various laboratory domainslike chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate the precision of results, resolve discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens, as well as preparing samples for analysis when necessary.
• Thoroughly document procedures, provide training to new team members, and ensure laboratory standards are maintained.
• Commit to creating a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Ensure current certification is maintained during your time with us.
