Warehouse Laborer

The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for accurately picking, assembling, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment. This role is critical to maintaining order accuracy, productivity, and safety while supporting daily distribution operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and able to meet early start times and extended work schedules.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order contents to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to shipment.
• Move, stack, and organize product in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed to support daily operations.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food distribution, warehousing, shipping, or receiving preferred.
• Hi-lo or pallet jack certification is a plus and may qualify for a rate premium.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and move products and packaging weighing over 75 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working in cold environments, including coolers and freezers
• Must be able to wear appropriate cold-weather gear and safety equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work site is required
