• Pay: $100,000-$300,000
• Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate sales professionals to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Manage daily sales activities, performance metrics, and team development.
• Train and mentor team members on sales processes, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
• Ensure every customer receives an outstanding dealership experience.
• Partner with dealership leadership to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and issues.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Automotive Sales Management experience with a proven record of success.
• Strong coaching and leadership approach to drive sales performance and profitability.
• Exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
