Our vision is revolutionizing how healthcare professionals produce, access, and utilize information and thus enabling them to focus on the core value of their work: patient outcomes.Your Contribution:Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software deliveryMonitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and lead root cause analysis. Ensure all infrastructure and deployments meet HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standardsManage and optimize infrastructure (currently in CGM hosted datacenter, potentially looking to move to Azure/AWS type environment in future). Manage configuration, secrets, and environment pipelining across dev, staging, and production environmentsSupport disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processesManage/execute maintenance window tasks, for example partnering with IT team to coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of system patchesYour Qualification:Minimum 3 years of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering experienceHands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Subversion, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOpsProficiency with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShellExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus preferredExperience supporting SOC 2 or HITRUST audit processes a plusWhat you can expect from us:Purpose: Become a part of a significant initiative.
