Responsibilities Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Manage project timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously, paying close attention to detail within strict deadlines. Employ a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities. Prioritize assigned workload and assist with team workload as requested. Effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and all internal and external customers. Utilize CRM software and project management tools for daily tasks. Qualifications Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a similar client-facing role. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and project management tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
