Nurse Practitioner - Part Time

JOB SUMMARY This amazing part-time position as a Nurse Practitioner will allow you to create real relationships with your patients, promote the advancement of women’s and men’s health and improve the lives of your patients through direct patient care. You will create customized treatment routines for hormone therapy, gut health and weight loss, that generate genuine results to help our patients feel better, look better and live better. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Energetic Self-motivated Loves getting to know and understand patients Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Has a passion for health and wellness - specifically women’s and men’s hormone therapy, gut health and weight loss - and is eager to become a subject matter expert Strong organizational and documentation skills, proficient with EHR systems. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited nursing and advanced practitioner program Current Utah state license as a nurse practitioner (NP) Advanced practitioner license Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality SCHEDULE: This is a PART TIME position, with the following schedule Monday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PAY: $55.00 per hour.
