The IR APC/APP Fellowship requires a two-year employment commitment from the fellow. Progression from the IR APC/APP Fellow year to the IR APC/APP Instructor year, as well as successful completion of the fellowship, is not guaranteed . Advancement is contingent upon satisfactory clinical performance, achievement of milestone targets, completion of procedural and educational requirements, demonstration of professionalism, teamwork, and approval by the Program Director and Division Leadership. Successful completion of Year 1 is required for progression to the Instructor role.
