NACBA is seeking a Real Estate Staff Attorney in Chicago to provide critical legal services for housing and homeownership programs. The role includes representing first-time homebuyers at closings and facilitating education workshops on housing rights. Ideal candidates will have a J.D. degree, an Illinois law license, and at least 5 years of experience in real estate and housing law. Bilingual candidates in Spanish and English are preferred.
