Product Manager

About the Role We are seeking a New York-based Product Manager to lead end-to-end jewelry product development for North American luxury and fashion clients. You will serve as the link between clients in North America and our product development and manufacturing teams in China, translating creative concepts and commercial requirements into high-quality, production-ready products. Responsibilities Manage jewelry product development from concept and prototyping to mass production Define product specifications, materials, finishes and quality requirements Work closely with clients to understand design, positioning and commercial needs Coordinate with China-based design, engineering, production and quality teams Evaluate product feasibility, cost, timelines and manufacturing solutions Track samples, revisions, approvals and production progress Identify relevant jewelry trends and market opportunities Resolve product and quality issues proactively Ensure products meet US regulatory and luxury quality standards Qualifications 5+ years of product development or product management experience in jewelry or fashion accessories Strong knowledge of stainless steel jewelry, materials, construction and finishes Familiarity with processes such as MIM, CNC, polishing, stone setting and PVD coating Experience working with luxury, premium or fashion brands Experience coordinating with China-based manufacturing teams Familiarity with CPSC, California Proposition 65 and relevant US product standards Fluent English and strong client communication skills Detail-oriented, organized and solution-focused Equal Opportunity Statement Yibi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
