Prepare and distribute pre-bills, final bills, and statements for clients. Utilize Elite or Aderant software for client billing and e-billing. Monitor collections for attorneys and liaise with them to resolve any issues. Generate and distribute monthly reports detailing accounts receivable and collections activities. Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections regulations and best practices. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm setting. Proficiency in Elite or Aderant software is mandatory. Proven experience in client billing, e-billing, preparing statements, and monitoring collections for attorneys. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and collections processes.
