Project Managers Needed - Entry Level - $27-$34/hr - Construction Experience Needed

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Location: Shelby County, OH Area

Environment: 75% in-office, 25% on-site

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the link between customers, field installation teams, and internal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction background who is looking to transition into an office-based project management career.

• Coordinate projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as the primary contact between customers, field crews, and internal teams.
• Schedule deliveries, installations, and project timelines.
• Track project status and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Review project requirements and installation plans.
• Coordinate materials, logistics, and resources needed for successful project execution.
• Resolve project-related issues and communicate solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and company software to manage project activity.

• Construction experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

• Construction Management degree or coursework.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Piqua, OH.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
