Project Manager

Position Description: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong set of communication skills and glass industry knowledge. Responsibilities: Strong communication skills and ability to create relationships with existing and prospective clients. Review project specifications, architectural drawings and other relevant documents to accurately assess the scope of work required for potential projects. Source and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with Operations and our clients to suggest value engineering options that optimize costs without compromising quality. Submit accurate and timely proposals to clients, ensuring compliance with project requirements and adhering to bid deadlines. Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs with actual costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving efficiency. Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless completion of projects. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in the construction industry with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of material and processes in the glazing industry. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Proficient and able to quickly pick up technology and software. Detail oriented and incredibly organized with the ability to multi-task. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
