The company offers a competitive compensation package based on experience along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of field operations for assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently metPlan and coordinate daily field activities including scheduling, equipment utilization, and subcontractor performanceLead and mentor field crews to promote teamwork, accountability, and high performanceConduct daily and weekly project meetings to review progress, safety, and upcoming tasksEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk preventionCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverablesManage field documentation including reports, timesheets, material logs, and inspection recordsIdentify potential project issues or delays early and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budgetOversee subcontractor coordination, quality control, and adherence to specifications and drawingsEnsure proper equipment operation, maintenance, and readiness for all jobsite activitiesFoster strong communication between field teams, management, and clients to maintain transparency and accountabilityQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction, rigging, or heavy-lift field supervisionProven background leading crews on complex or large-scale industrial or infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of jobsite safety standards, project scheduling, and resource coordinationExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teamsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specificationsExperience coordinating cranes, heavy-haul transport, or specialized lifting operations is preferredProficient in project documentation, daily reporting, and time managementCommitment to safety, quality, and professional integrity in all aspects of field operations
