About the Role

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) on our Behavioral Unit Dayshift team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements

Must be certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the State of Ohio

High school diploma or equivalent required

0 years of experience as an STNA (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
