Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor vital signs and respond to changes in health status
- Perform ongoing assessments and contribute to care planning with an interdisciplinary team
- Document care and outcomes accurately in the resident’s chart (EHR), ensuring regulatory compliance
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed; promote resident safety and comfort
- Adhere to infection control protocols and quality standards in daily practice

Requirements
- Active RN license in the United States or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work all shifts and meet travel assignment demands
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
