• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17.25/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $19.25/hour
• Temp-to-hire opportunities available
• Overtime may be offered

Production Associate – Aluminum Fencing Department

The Production Associate supports the aluminum fencing department by removing products from extrusion and coating lines, inspecting materials for quality, and preparing orders for shipment according to customer specifications. This role includes hands-on production work, light assembly, packing, and contributing to a clean and organized environment.

• Remove aluminum products from extrusion and coating lines safely and efficiently
• Inspect materials to ensure quality and accuracy for each order
• Match products to customer orders and package according to specifications
• Load finished goods onto skids and prepare them for shipment
• Apply protective materials to prevent damage during transport
• Perform light assembly as needed
• Accurately count and verify completed orders
• Assist other departments as needed
• Move materials using hand jacks and push carts
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
• Contribute to a team-oriented, reliable work environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic counting and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment
• Willingness to learn and support multiple areas

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor
• Experience in packaging or assembly
• Familiarity with material handling equipment, including hand jacks
• Interest in learning new skills and advancing within the company

This is a Contract position based out of New Holland, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in New Holland,PA.
