Entry Level Business AnalystThe Business Analyst role will focus on defining/refining business requirements for a project. The role requires to meet with business and technology teams and acts as a bridge between them to assimilate and dispense information in easily understood termsResponsibilities:Help communicate initiatives and priorities to field facing support staff via email and phone conversationsReview and escalate Advisory account breaches and variancesMaintain reporting around current daily tasks and initiativesAnalyze large sets of data and report findings to the teamReview, update, and maintain policies and proceduresQualifications:Bachelors/Masters DegreeExcellent written and Oral communication skillsDetail Oriented and OrganizedSkilled in influencing and negotiations at all levels to accomplish goalsWork Independently and proactively to take initiatives in problem solvingSkilled to work among multi-facet teams and stakeholdersAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. ba system solution
